Emily and Elizabeth Hinkler know a thing or two about being identical twins — they live and breathe it every day.

But, being conjoined? Well, that’s a whole different story.

The two actors — originating from the North Shore — were cast in ABC’s “The Good Doctor” as Jenny and Katie, conjoined twins who undergo a separation surgery, a step towards physical independence despite the high risks.
