Park Board: Draft of budget approved with amendments expected; Some expenses pushed off

The public hearing on the Glencoe Park District’s budget and appropriations ordinance for fiscal year 2020-21 scheduled for April 21 prior to final approval by the Park District Board at its meeting later that night figures to be an exercise in statutory compliance rather than the establishment of rigid income and expense parameters.
