Rolling your way to the state boys bowling tournament is no easy task as New Trier and Loyola bowlers found out at the sectional Saturday, Jan. 24.

New Trier had three individual bowlers that rolled in the sectional. However neither of them made it out, not making the cut.

Ryan Foy was the best Trevian, bowler as he placed in 50th with a 1,160 and a high game of 247. Will Deliva was in the 87th spot, rolling a 1,069 and Kalani Rennoe finished 89th with a 1,067.

Loyola Academy’s lone individual Trevor Rahlfs posted a 1,091 with a 230 high game, good for the 82nd spot.

Luna is a 5-month-old energetic beagle mix that we adopted this July. She immediately stole our hearts with her friendly, playful personality. She loves belly rubs, going long for frisbee throws, anything with peanut butter, running away from us when she finds an acorn in the yard and meeting new friends on walks. We can’t get enough of our Looney Tunes/Lunatic.
