For Susan Taves, cooking is an art.

Taves, a Glencoe resident of eight years, owns a catering service, Sweet Cassava, and also does prepared meals for Glencoe residents. On top of that, she teaches cooking classes at the Takiff Center for people of all ages – her culinary pupils are as young as 3 years old.
