Taco Vida’s chile en nogada ($5) was featured as the restaurant’s taco of the week to celebrate Mexico’s Independence Day on Sept. 16. The pork al pastor taco ($3.50 each) features pork topped with onion, cilantro and roasted pineapple.
The tuna taco ($5.50 each) is ginger-marinated grilled ahi tuna topped with a chili soy aioli, cucumber, red onion, carrot and cilantro slaw.
