Former Glencoe resident Paul Crane Dorfman was born on March 16, 1939 in Chicago to Isaiah Sol and Lillian Mae Dorfman. He died peacefully Nov. 9 in San Francisco, with his beloved Valerie by his side. The eldest of three brothers, Dorfman was born and raised in Chicago and Glencoe.
