Planning for New Trier High School’s upcoming prom has begun, but not before the school’s junior adviseries donated 442 dresses, 69 pairs of shoes and 70 accessories to The Glass Slipper Project.

The nonprofit organization collects new and almost-new formal dresses and accessories and donates them to high school juniors and seniors who are unable to purchase their own prom attire. Since 1999, the organization has helped more than 20,000 young women attend their prom in style.
