Professional sports in America are dominated by football, basketball, baseball and hockey, suggesting that team sports with a physical nature and hand-eye intricacies grip the American sports fan. 

But a sport that has aspects of all four of the aforementioned has yet to hit the big time. 

The game has a rugged physicality (like hockey), intense speed (like football), specified coordination (like baseball) and strategic spacing (like basketball). The sport, however, is rarely televised or regarded nationally.
