In journey of ‘higher calling,’ Glencoe Troop 28 Scout gains Eagle rank

Very few Scouts reach the rank of Eagle Scout — in fact, only 5 percent of Boy Scouts have attained that rank since it was first given in 1912, according to the National Eagle Scout Association website.
