When New Trier soccer scores, everybody wins.
That’s because senior Trevians soccer player Duncan Gill and his mother, Debra, have started a way to root on the Trevians soccer team while benefitting cancer research. Before every varsity game, Debra sells “Kick Cancer” T-shirts. All of the proceeds from the shirts, sold at $20 apiece, go to the American Cancer Society. Last year, they raised a
total of $5,400, a number they’ve already greatly surpassed — as of Sept. 27, they had raised nearly $11,000.
